Details: The Legal Support Staff Association of Berks County is pleased to co-sponsor with the Berks County Bar Association an educational seminar entitled, “Does Trust Situs Matter?” This topic includes a discussion of the trust laws of different states, Tier 1 trust jurisdictions, asset protection trusts, taxation, privacy rules, rule against perpetuities and modern trust laws and will be presented by David A. Warren, JD.
Dave Warren will also be speaking to the State College/Centre County Bar Association November 14th!
