The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) is presenting a virtual event, entitled “Performance + Purpose: Redefine the Lines” on August 17-19, 2021, and Bridgeford Trust is excited to be speaking at this upcoming event!

NAIFA is a trade organization for insurance professionals and financial advisors. It is one of the largest trade groups in the financial industry and NAIFA works on behalf of its members to promote a favorable regulative environment, provide professional education services, and ensure ethical professional conduct for insurance and financial advisors.

Join Bridgeford Trust, as one of the Advanced Practice Track presenters, at the August 19 presentation entitled, “Modern Trust Law: Powerful Planning Tools in Uncertain Times” taking place at 1:30pm EST. David Warren, Co-Founder and Chairman of Bridgeford Trust Company, will discuss powerful modern trust law planning tools – only available in a handful of states – that offer compelling planning options in the areas of state and federal taxation, asset protection, and privacy while delivering more direction and control to settlors of trusts and their advisors through the use of directed trusts and the trust protector concept. “Top Tier” trust jurisdictions will also be considered and objectively compared in the context of selecting the best U.S. trust jurisdiction in the planning process.
